the Body

Appearance: Mature and beautiful at the first glance, usually mistaken for a snow goddess in the sun.Long ankle silver hair, furry silver fox ears.Long fox tail with a black tip.She has a graceful and Regal feeling about her like royalty.She stands about 5' 10 and always keeps her shoulders back as if she had been doing it all her life.She is usally seen wearing a Light purple and white kimono with a set of the japanese flowing pants that 'Ballon' at the bottem.

She has a necklace that is simaller to Inuyasha's in beads, yet instead of the string, their is Blue metal.She has yellowish eyes that seem like molten gold.Near her arms there is a pelt of silver fox fur pelt that was attached to the Kimono.The pelt was her brother's fur that was skinned before he died and the fur was given to her.The person who killed her brother was Naraku.

She carrys a sword with a handle covered with a cloth.She usually never takes off the cloth because she feels that no one is suitable enough to be killed by her sword without the cloth.The cloth is made of the finest, yet sturdiest silk just like her clothing.She wears Silver Silk shoes, that are also made of the silk of her attire.

Background Story: When she was just a young kit, her Father went off to war and was killed.Her mother grieved long and hard.Yako and her brother, Katashi, were then on trained for battle in case they came into the situation of almost being killed.Later, her brother was brought up in rank and was turned into a General.His last Enemy was Naraku.When they found his form all that was left was a pure white pelt of fox fur.The pelt was gived to Yako because her mother died when Katashi left home.Her mother died of a broken heart, which, to a Silver Fox can be very fatal.They die away very slowly once he process begins.

Yako, missing her brother very much, told the royal clothes maker to sew the pelt onto her Kiono.She loved her Kimono and never took it off, only to wash and clean herself and the dress.She later trained even harder then before and soon, excelled past her masters.She left the palace, her Home, and went off into the Dangerous world of the Hunters and the Hunted.She killed anyone who became in annoyance towards her and she earned the name, 'The Night Queen', with much fear whenever someone spoke that name.Anything else about her past, she can tell you....

Ok before I approve this there are a few things you need to change and explain to me. First thing is did you mean to spell Amaterasu, if so then why in the world would a sword named after the sun goddess control shadows? Second a silver kitsune would actually be black and white. Though then again there would be no silver fox demon in feudal Japan because they were bred by the soviet around the 1940’s. So please if your characters going to be a white fox put it down as an Artic, but even then the artic fox’s fur changes color so you’ll also have to include that. Third your fox’s made of shadow and ice have to have light and fire be there weaknesses….seriously I would like the powers to have some logic to them. Another thing you can explain to me is why her brother is a black in the picture yet his fur is silver in the pelt…? If you put the whole artic fox thing then that explanation can easily be sorted out. Oh and please state the number of tails this Kitsune has, for it’s extremely important to know. Oh and what kind of magic can she perform be more specific.

Throwing in my two cents here, because, while Kit does wonderfully on the lore of powers in the like, I'm the resident "make sure things are logical" master, so...

First thing I noticed here was that the description says that her brother was skinned before he died. Want to explain what's up with that? Last I checked, that can be quite painful and generally results in death, and, if he was killed by Naraku, that's not one of his preferred killing methods, so that doesn't match up there.

You also need to add a personality, because that's one of the required portions of the bio, and no, the strengths/weaknesses/likes/dislikes are not the personality; you need to tell how she acts when alone, how she acts around of the people, stuff like that. Her personality, in other words.

Also, the history was also rather disappointing and needs a few holes filled in. So her father was killed at war; that's fine, that's good, but at war with who? Demons generally don't involve themselves in human wars, and demon wars are rather uncommon, so I'd like to see more on that. I'd also like to know at what age Yako was when her father died, and how she felt about it. What age was she and her brother when they began training? Who trained them? What were they trained in? I'm also wondering how her brother became a general even though there was no mention of him joining an army; they don't just randomly name people generals if they aren't in an army. Also, what made him go after Naraku? There had to be some reason for him to hunt down a demon who practically never shows himself and spends just about all his time behind a barrier plotting his revenge on InuYasha. I also am quite curious as to why in the world there was only the pelt of her brother left; did Naraku do them the couresy of skinning him for her? Yeah, not seeing that. Also, why does Yako have access to the royal clothes maker? I saw nothing about her being royalty in that. Also, if she's wearing nothing but this one kimono all the time, after a century or so, it would be tattered scraps; ever heard of wear and tear? Yeah, and demons tend to be pretty bad about helping already bad enough wear and tear. Again wth the royalty thing! What palace are we talking about? And can we please stay away from the Mary-Sue "I'm all famous because I'm royalty" thing? Please? Because this character is bordering Sue-dom badly enough as it is. And random killings is bad unless your character is a mindless bloodlust-addicted demon, which this character apparently isn't; you don't just go around killing everyone who annoys you without ticking someone off who just happens to be stronger than you and sets you in their sights for revenge.

So, please, work on the logic of things, add details, and, if you need to, run this character through a Mary Sue litmus until she actually passes, because I promise you she wouldn't at this point, and after recent experiences with Mary-Sue/Gary-Stu characters running around causing trouble, I'm not accepting another one to repeat that. If you need a link to a Mary Sue litmus test, I'll be happy to help you, or you can just find one on google, that works too. But please, work on this.
